- A fee of 30% of your full balance may apply depends of the circumstances of the cancellation.
- Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours of the Tour:
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour date are non-refundable.
- Exceptions may apply in cases of emergencies, such as medical situations or extreme weather conditions. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
- No-Shows:
- If you fail to show up for your scheduled tour without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
- Tour Changes or Rescheduling:
- If you need to change or reschedule your tour, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling within 48 hours of the tour may incur additional fees, depending on the circumstances.
